Shipping damage and stolen goods happen. It’s not common, but it can ruin your week if/when it does. We know that deliveries are already stressful, and nothing is worse than waiting several months for a product, and then it arrives damaged. Dealing with with a complicated and drawn our claim process is the bitter cherry on top of an already bad situation. Assure shipping insurance will make the process easier.
Expedited Claims:
The damage claim process is prioritized for Assure customers. Without Assure Protection claims can take weeks. With Assure you get to cut the line!
More Flexible Options:
France and Son’s standard damage policy requires a replacement product; however, with Assure you can get a refund if your claim is accepted.
Theft Protection:
If a package is stolen our standard policy doesn’t cover a replacement or refund. With Assure you are insured against this huge inconvenience.
*All claims must be submitted within 3 days of receipt.
Submitting a claim is easy!
Just us at [email protected] with the following info:
1) Subject: Assure Claim for Order [Your order number]
2) Do you best to provide a written description of the damage
3) Attach images of the boxes, shipping labels, and the damaged product(s).
4) Await your expedited resolution!
